I'm bouncing back with gratitude and enthusiasm to also thank Aymeric and Emmanuel for this wonderful event.

The setting was superb, the cuisine refined, and the atmosphere memorable. Because beyond that, I will also remember the shared smiles, the candid conversations, the curious glances, the passions that intersected, and the stories told around a glass of wine.

This kind of evening reminds us of an essential truth: wine is never just a product. It is connection. It is emotion. It is legacy. As my grandfather used to say so well:

"My pleasure as a winemaker is that my wine be drunk."

And drunk it was. (In moderation, rest assured)
